 working principle

In this way, the plunger reciprocates with the rotation of the cylinder to complete the oil suction and oil pressure actions. This variable type of pump, when the output pressure is less than the set constant pressure, the full displacement output pressure oil, that is, the quantitative output, when the output oil pressure reaches the set pressure, the pump flow rate is automatically adjusted to ensure constant pressure To meet the requirements of the system. The output constant pressure value of the pump can be adjusted steplessly within the pressure adjustment range according to the requirements. The structure of the pump is shown in Figure 6. This structure simultaneously sends the output pressure oil to the lower cavity of the variable piston and the control oil of the constant pressure valve. At the inlet, when the output pressure is less than the set constant pressure, the oil pressure on the constant pressure valve core is less than the set spring force. The constant pressure valve is open, the pressure oil enters the upper cavity of the variable piston, and the variable piston pressure is at the lowest position. When the pump works at constant pressure setting, the hydraulic thrust on the constant pressure valve core is equal to the setting spring force, and the inlet and outlet ports of the constant pressure valve are simultaneously open, so The hydraulic thrust of the upper and lower chambers of the variable piston is equal, and the variable piston is balanced to work at a certain position. If the hydraulic damping (load) increases, the oil pressure rises instantaneously, the oil outlet of the constant pressure valve opens large, and the oil inlet closes. The pressure in the upper cavity of the piston is lower than that in the lower cavity, the variable piston moves upward, and the flow rate of the pump decreases until the pressure drops to the set constant pressure. At this time, the variable piston works in the new equilibrium position. Conversely, if the hydraulic damping (load) decreases, the oil pressure drops instantaneously, the oil inlet of the constant pressure valve opens large, and the oil outlet closes, the oil pressure in the upper cavity of the variable piston rises, and the variable piston moves downward. The flow rate increases until the pressure rises to the set constant pressure.
